These combs are thick, well made, sturdy, and last. I have been testing and these are definitely the ones i go to for any stuck undercoat, before using a finer more fragile finishing comb.

VH402 has the shortest pins 7.5" long, teeth under 1"
VH401 is same width as VH400 but 1/2" shorter. 7.5" long, teeth are 1.3" long
VH400 is the longest comb. 8" long, teeth are 1.3" long
